At Big Partners, we believe that great design doesn’t need to shout. It simply needs to be true—to the place, to the people, and the story behind it.
When we started working with Estancia Cristina, the only lodge in Parque Nacional Los Glaciares, we saw an opportunity to let simplicity do the talking. The lodge sourced its uniforms from Patagonia, a symbol of their commitment to sustainability. We proposed something even more deliberate: minimal brand application. A gentle presence, one that aligned with the Leave No Trace philosophy—quiet, respectful, and deeply connected to its surroundings.
This project reminded us of something essential: uniforms aren’t just functional. They’re emotional. They shape how teams carry themselves, how they feel, and how they relate to the story they’re a part of. Wearing a brand—feeling it on your skin—can be a powerful gesture of belonging and pride.
We go the extra mile not just to design, but to translate. We bridge vision and execution, helping hotel brands find their essence and guiding teams to connect with it. Because design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about alignment. Simplicity, when done right, can be the strongest connection of all.
The small choices—the subtle logos, the perfect fabric, the quiet confidence of a well-made piece—are what build trust, elevate brands, and inspire change.
P.S. A heartfelt thank you to the Estancia Cristina team for the respect and trust placed in our work and for their unwavering commitment to a pristine, meaningful, and impeccably executed uniform brand application. Working with people who care this deeply makes all the difference.
